Kale and Chickpea Salad

About the Recipe


In a large bowl, massage kale with lemon juice until it softens.
Add chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red bell pepper, and pumpkin seeds.
Drizzle with tahini dressing, toss well, and season with salt and pepper.



  • Fresh kale, chopped

  • Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Avocado, diced

  • Red bell pepper, sliced

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Tahini dressing

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
